Mike Garsin

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mike Garsin is the Interim CEO of Brand Networks and a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for the company’s culture, corporate strategy, and growth. A passionate leader, entrepreneur, and lifelong ad tech guru, Mike has spent the last two decades founding, innovating and growing internet and technology media companies. He has been at the forefront of developing numerous industry-leading technology platforms to increase marketing effectiveness and measurement by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative products and services. This includes Brand Networks, which he co-founded in 2006. For over a decade, Mike led the charge as the CTO and spearheaded the development of award-winning advertising technology. Mike is a graduate of the University of Rochester and lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and three children.

Jeremy Frick

Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy Frick heads up Brand Networks’ Technology and Product organization, tasked with overseeing the continued advancement of Brand Networks' innovative suite of technologies and solutions. Before leading Tech, Jeremy was Brand Networks’ Director of Solutions, playing a key role in managing our custom solutions development for some of the biggest brands in the world. Prior to joining Brand Networks, Jeremy worked at Alstom, where he wrote safety-critical software and led the team that developed train control computers. He also spent time with a company that specialized in configurable DSP technology, writing tools and driver software. Jeremy received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which he remains involved with as a member of its Industrial Advisory Board. In 2020 Jeremy was recognized by the university and inducted into the Kate Gleason College of Engineering Academy. Jeremy lives with his family in Ontario, New York.

Amy Slife

Vice President, Media Services

Amy Slife Mullins is the VP of Media Services at Brand Networks. In her role, Amy is charged with leading the Services side of the company with an emphasis on client satisfaction and growth, strategy and education. Prior to joining Brand Networks in 2014, Amy spent time at Nanigans, where she drove paid social media efforts for a variety of brands. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College. She lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband, Sam.

Zarah Fath

Vice President, Media Solutions, APAC

Zarah Fath is the Vice President of Media Solutions, APAC at Brand Networks. In her role, Zarah is charged with leading the solutions side of Brand Networks with an emphasis on consulting, strategy and developing client-specific solutions to ensure customer retention and growth. Prior to joining Brand Networks in 2016, she spent time at News Corp Australia, where she helped build up and expand the internal digital agency start-up “News Xtend” as part of their social media team. Originally from Germany, Zarah earned her Masters (Hons.) of Media Studies and Journalism from the Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn, Germany and Louisiana State University, USA. She resides with her partner in Sydney, Australia.

Jeff Zilberman

Vice President, Client Services

Jeff Zilberman is the VP of Client Services at Brand Networks, tasked with leading strategic partnerships and client success. With 10+ years of marketing and advertising experience, Jeff brings a proven track record of developing and executing against innovative strategies for fortune 100 retailers. Prior to BN, Jeff spent 6 years at PayPal leading various functions within digital media, program management, and client services. Jeff is a graduate of Roger Williams University and resides in Boston with his wife and daughter.

Frank Maldarelli

Vice President, Finance

Frank Maldarelli is the Vice President of Finance at Brand Networks, working in tandem with Tania DiSciullo to oversee and manage the Finance team. With over 20 years of experience in Finance roles, Frank has consistently brought strong financial acumen and has worked tirelessly to provide strategic insights that lead to sound business decisions. Because of his modeling prowess and his presentation of the data, he has been called the “Michelangelo of spreadsheets” by his colleagues! Prior to BN, he worked at several tech startups, including ClickSquared and AppNeta, where he helped grow the Finance team into a value-add organization. Frank graduated from Boston University, with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters at his home in Belmont, MA.

Brad Rhow

Vice President, People & Culture

As VP of People & Culture, Brad is tasked with maintaining all aspects of employee relations. He is responsible for continuing to build, support, and improve workplace culture. The department additionally oversees all recruiting efforts, along with maintaining compliance. Brad started with Brand Networks in 2012 as its first recruiter. Since joining he has been instrumental in the growth and responsibility of the department as well as Brand Networks. He resides in Rochester NY with his wife and three children. When not enjoying time with the family you can find Brad on the golf course, or cheering on the Buffalo Bills!

Jamie Tedford

Founder & Executive Chairman of the Board

Jamie Tedford is the Founder of Brand Networks. Prior to founding Brand Networks in 2006, Jamie was SVP, Marketing and Media Innovation at Arnold Worldwide, a top-10 US brand advertising agency. Recognized as an innovative entrepreneur and a pioneer in the growing “Word of Mouth” industry, Jamie launched the WOM division at Arnold and is a founding board member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Jamie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and he lives in Marblehead, Mass.

Paul Falzone

Strategic Advisor & Member of the Board of Directors

Paul Falzone is a strategic advisor to the executive team at Brand Networks. He focuses on the company’s corporate development, partnerships, M&A activity, and global expansion. His experience helping Fortune 500 customers leverage digital marketing in international markets contributes to the company’s overall vision. Prior to Brand Networks, Paul was President of SDI Media Group, the market-leading language localization company with operations in 30 countries. Paul graduated with Honors from Northwestern University. He resides in Tiburon, Calif.
