Dave Fall is the CEO of Brand Networks and is responsible for the company’s culture, corporate strategy and overall growth. A seasoned adtech and martech veteran with over two decades of experience, he has worked for some of the industry’s heaviest hitters. Most recently, Dave was the COO at Tapad (acquired by Telenor Group, 2016). Dave began his career in consulting before spending over 10 years at DoubleClick and Google in product, technical services, and corporate development roles. After leaving Google in 2009, Dave led operations at Clickable (acquired by Syncapse, 2012), and held both COO and CPO roles at Syncapse (acquired by LookSmart, 2013). Dave has helped advance the industry over the last 10 years by serving as a board member at both the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) between 2006 and 2012, and the National Advertising Initiative (NAI) between 2015 and 2017. Earlier this year, Dave started a nonprofit working to curb cyberbullying. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Dave received his MBA from Rutgers University. He lives with his wife and three kids in Montville, N.J.
An award winning sales executive with over 15 years of progressive experience and leadership in preeminent advertising technology and SAAS companies, E.J. is often chosen to build emerging businesses and teams to accelerate market penetration, new business and revenue growth. In his current role, Freni oversees global sales and customer success for Brand Networks, working with Fortune 250 brands, agency holding companies and leading social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn. He’s worked to develop strategic solutions and long-term partnerships with many of the largest brands, agencies and technology companies in the industry. Prior to joining Brand Networks, Freni led sales, strategy and execution at some of the world’s most premier brands including Adobe, Quantcast and Yahoo. Freni holds a Bachelor of Science, Business from the University of New Hampshire – Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Originally from Beverly MA, E.J. resides in Darien CT with his wife and two daughters.
Luke Guerrero is responsible for technology development and management at Brand Networks, overseeing product, engineering and IT. In his six-year tenure at Brand Networks, Luke has developed and grown key practices including media and professional services, project management, and partner engineering. Prior to Brand Networks, Luke spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the company’s CIO Advisory consulting unit. There he was responsible for deploying technology and business strategies within the financial services industry across both North America and Asia. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
Jeffrey Madison is responsible for ensuring that Brand Networks delivers the highest quality solutions for our clients, overseeing operations and delivery of services globally. In his four-year tenure at Brand Networks, Jeffrey has overseen and supported key practices including client services, operations and business development. Prior to Brand Networks, he spent nine years building a successful digital marketing company that serviced the biggest brands in music and entertainment. There, Jeffrey was responsible for deploying e-commerce solutions, interactive web experiences and innovative business strategies that created new revenue streams for the music industry. He holds a degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
Kristen O’Hara is the Vice President of Human Resources at Brand Networks. In her role, she works to develop and maintain a sustainable, energized company culture and infrastructure. Prior to joining Brand Networks, Kristen developed a specialization in building human resources organizations at marketing and advertising companies. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Kristen has become a catalyst for growth and intra-office consistency during her tenure at Brand Networks. Kristen graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.S. in marketing. She resides in Milton, Mass., with her husband and two sons.
Justin Shepard is Executive Vice President of Finance at Brand Networks. He began his career in the Audit practice at Grant Thornton working with both public and private clients in a wide array of industries. He went on to advise clients on M&A transactions at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services Advisory practice in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements. After PwC, Justin joined Retroficiency, a venture-backed, energy analytics software-as-a-service provider, where he led the finance, administrative, and human resources functions. He participated in the fundraising efforts utilized to support its operations until its eventual sale to Ecova. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Stonehill College, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Babson College. He is also a CPA in Massachusetts.
Todd Taplin is a strategic advisor to the executive team at Brand Networks. An accomplished sales leader with nearly two decades of experience in the technology sector, Todd previously helped fuel growth for some the industry’s biggest players, including Adobe and Yahoo. He is passionate about growing companies through cultural and organizational excellence. A graduate of Connecticut College and Suffolk University Law School, Todd resides in the greater Boston area.
Jamie Tedford is the Founder of Brand Networks. Prior to founding Brand Networks in 2006, Jamie was SVP, Marketing and Media Innovation at Arnold Worldwide, a top-10 US brand advertising agency. Recognized as an innovative entrepreneur and a pioneer in the growing “Word of Mouth” industry, Jamie launched the WOM division at Arnold and is a founding board member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Jamie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and he lives in Marblehead, Mass.
Mike Garsin is the Co-Founder of Brand Networks, and is a member of the Board of Directors. An entrepreneur and lifelong programmer, Mike is an expert in developing scalable and innovative software solutions. Mike started his first technology venture while still in high school and is still just as passionate about building technology that improves people’s lives as he was back then. Mike is a graduate of the University of Rochester and resides in Rochester, N.Y.
Paul Falzone is the CGO of Brand Networks. He focuses on the company’s corporate development, partnerships, M&A activity, and global expansion. His experience helping Fortune 500 customers leverage digital marketing in international markets contributes to the company’s overall vision. Prior to Brand Networks, Paul was President of SDI Media Group, the market-leading language localization company with operations in 30 countries. Paul graduated with Honors from Northwestern University. He resides in Tiburon, Calif.
