Jamie Tedford is the CEO and founder of Brand Networks. Prior to founding Brand Networks in 2007, Jamie was SVP, Marketing and Media Innovation at Arnold Worldwide, a top-10 US brand advertising agency. Recognized as an innovative entrepreneur and a pioneer in the growing “Word of Mouth” industry, Jamie launched the WOM division at Arnold and is a founding board member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Jamie is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and he lives in Marblehead, Mass.
Mike Garsin is the CTO and co-founder of Brand Networks, and is a member of the Board of Directors. An entrepreneur and lifelong hacker, Mike is an expert in developing scalable and innovative social and mobile software solutions. Mike’s first entrepreneurial venture began while he was still an undergraduate and he loves tackling complex software projects just as much as he did back then. A founding partner of Island Media Group, he helped secure the capital for IMG’s first acquisition, Overseas Jobs Express. Mike is a graduate of the University of Rochester and resides in Pittsford, N.Y.
Ed Davis is the COO of Brand Networks and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for financial operations, resource management and the operational efficiency of the company. Prior to Brand Networks, Ed was the Chief Operating Officer at Federal Street Advisors, an independent investment consulting firm. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Arnold Worldwide, a top-10 US brand advertising agency. An expert at process innovation and financial operations, Ed is a graduate of Boston University. He lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass.
Joyce Bell is the CFO of Brand Networks. A proven financial leader, Joyce has over 30 years of experience building successful businesses across technology sectors, including CFO roles for Nexage (acquired by Millennial Media) and Compete (acquired by Taylor Nelson Sofres). Earlier, she served as VP of Finance for Be Free, Inc., which raised over $280 million through its IPO and subsequent secondary offering. Joyce earned her BS and MBA at Babson College. She resides in Waltham, Mass.
James Borow is the CPO of Brand Networks, and the former co-founder and CEO of SHIFT, acquired by Brand Networks in May of 2015. He focuses on the delivery of the Brand Networks Platform with an eye toward usability and a dedication to bleeding-edge capabilities. A serial entrepreneur, James is also an active angel investor in the marketing tech market, having invested in Kixer, Conversion Logic, and Gradient X (acquired by SingTel). James is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and resides in Marina Del Rey, Calif.
Craig Carney is the CRO of Brand Networks, and the former Senior Vice President of Sales for SHIFT, acquired by Brand Networks in May of 2015. Craig leads the global Sales and Client Services organization, implementing strategic sales programs to drive software and services revenue. A technology industry veteran, Craig has over 20 years’ experience working in sales, most recently serving 8 years at Microsoft. Craig resides with his family in San Clemente, Calif.
Wayne St. Amand is the VP of Global Marketing at Brand Networks. A veteran leader with a reputation for accelerating the growth of technology businesses, Wayne leads the company’s corporate and product marketing efforts. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Marketing at Crimson Hexagon, an award-winning provider of social media analytics software. He’s also led marketing and contributed to the growth of two data storage start-ups and held senior agency marketing roles with clients such as HP, Motorola and Texas Instruments. Wayne graduated from Boston University and resides in Watertown, Mass.
