Brad plays a pivotal role in nurturing a thriving workplace culture at BN, an Augeo company. Responsible for all facets of employee relations and recruitment efforts, Brad is at the forefront of sustaining and enhancing the organizational culture. His journey with BN commenced in 2012 as the company’s inaugural recruiter, and since then, he has been instrumental in the department’s growth and the overall success of BN. Brad is based out of the Rochester, NY office where he resides with his cherished wife and three children.
